Ring Samosa

Ingredients
- 1 cup flour
- 1/2 tsp backing soda
- 1/2 carom seeds
- 1 tbsp oil
- 1 big size mashed potato
- 1 tsp cumin powder
- 1 tsp red chilli powder
- 1 tsp garam masala powder
- Chopped green chillies
- Chopped coriander leaves
- Oil for fry
- Salt
Instructions
- Make a smooth dough with flour, salt, baking soda, oil and ajwain. Divide in equal parts and keep aside.
- Now make the filling take a pan heat oil, add chopped ginger, chopped green chillies, boiled green peas, cumin powder, red chilli powder, garam masala powder.
- Stir all ingredients then add boiled mashed potatoes. Again mix properly.
- Now spread the dough fill with cooked potato then fry. Serve with any sauce to your family.
