  • 500 gm Rohu Fish curry cut
  • 1 tsp Turmeric Powder
  • 1 tsp Chilli Powder
  • 1-2 tsp Salt or as per taste
  • Mustard Oil for frying


  • Clean the rohu fish pieces 8n running water nicely
  • -Add turmeric powder, Chilli powder and salt and keep aside for 20 mins
  • Now in a fry pan add mustard oil and heat once heated add pieces if rohu fish and fry till both the side turn golden brown
