Rohu Fish Fry

Ingredients
- 500 gms rohu fish curry cut
- 1 tsp Turmeric Powder
- 1 tsp Chilli powder
- Salt
- Mustard oil for frying
Instructions
- Clean the rohu fish pieces 8n running water nicely
- -Add turmeric powder, Chilli powder and salt and keep aside for 20 mins
- Now in a fry pan add mustard oil and heat once heated add pieces if rohu fish and fry till both the side turn golden brown
