Jamun or Black plum is an important summer fruit, associated with many health and medicinal benefits. The black plum is known to relieve stomach pain, is carminative, anti-scorbutic and diuretic. Jamun’s polyphenolic compounds are very effective against cancer, heart diseases, diabetes, asthma and arthritis.

Ingredients
- 1 cup Jamuns (washed and deseeded)
- 2 cup Cold Water
- 1 tbsp Honey (add or reduce as per taste)
- 1 pinch Pepper (cracked)
- 1 pinch Black Salt
- 1 Lemon (juice squeezed out)
- leaves Mint (for garnish)

Instructions
- Into a blender, add the deseeded jamun along with the rest of the ingredients.
- Blend till a smooth texture is achieved. Adjust lemon juice, pepper and salt at this stage. Add more if necessary.
- Pour into serving glasses; garnish with mint leaves and serve immediately.
