Aam Ki Meethi Chutney ( Raw Mango Sweet Sauce)

Ingredients
- Raw mango 1 kg
- Whole red chilli 5 to 6
- Nigella seeds kalonji 2 tablespoon
- Sugar 3 cup
- White veneger 2 teaspoon
- Black veneger 1 teaspoon
- Salt a pinch
Instructions
- Peel and cut in cubes all the Mango
- In a big bowl add mango and all the other ingredients with one cup of water and marinate it for 2 hours
- Now in a heavy bottom pot transfer the all mixture andd cooked on high flame until sugar is dissolve
- Stir continuously and cooked till its become thick
- Keep ut for few hours so its become cool after that transfer this into a air tight container and used it for five to six months
