Potato Rosti can be prepared in a jiffy using left over dosa or idly batter. These mini potato pancakes are very filling, a complete meal on its own. we can serve these pancakes with coconut chutney or tomato ketchup. I've used multigrain batter from farmz to familiez.

- In a mixing bowl add the grated potato, chilies, ginger, spring onions, coriander, salt and batter mix well.
- Heat a tawa ladle the batter add 2 tsp oil and fry for a minute on each side covered. Serve these potato pancakes with chutney. Enjoy!
