Ingredients
  

  • 2 medium size potatoes boiled, peeled and mashed
  • 1 cup breadcrumbs
  • Salt
  • 2 green chilies finely chopped
  • 2 tablespoon chopped coriander leaves
  • Oil for deep fry
  • 1/4 cup curd

Instructions
 

  • Take potatoes, breadcrumbs, curd, salt, green chilies and coriander leaves in mixing bowl and mix it really well. Make sure mixture should not be so sticky.
  • Heat oil in wok. Till then prepare potato rolls.
  • Grease your palm take amla size portion from mixture n roll it. Roll it an oval shape.
  • Drop potato rolls in heated oil and deep fry till it done golden brown. Transfer it on absorbing paper.
  • Potato rolls r ready to serve. Serve this with tomato ketchup n hot cup of tea

Notes

If mixture get sticky n you are unable to make perfect roll so don’t worry just add little more breadcrumbs to make perfect potato rolls.
