
Poha is all time favourite breakfast, especially in Maharashtra. It can be serve any time in breakfast, tiffin or tea time.
As this is summer time and Mango is summer special fruit so let's make poha packed with goodness of raw mango and cucumber.

Ingredients
- 1 Cup very thin flattened Rice poha
- 1 Onion finely chopped
- 1 Tomato finely chopped
- 1 Green chilly finely chopped
- 1 Ram mango kacha Aam grated
- 1 Cucumber finely chopped
- 1 Small capsicum optional
- 1 tbsp cooking oil
- 1 Teaspoon mustard seeds rai/sarson
- Pinch of Asofoetida hing
- Pinch of turmeric powder haldi
- 1 Teaspoon channa dal
- 1 Teaspoon urad dal
- 1 Teaspoon sugar
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 1 tbsp peanuts
- 6 - 8 Curry leaves
- 1 tbsp finely chopped coriander leaves
- Salt to taste

Instructions
- Heat the oil in a pan and add mustard seeds when the seeds crackle, add curry leaves, pinch of Asofoetida, channa dal and urad dal and saut for a few seconds
- Now add peanuts roast it for a min then add green chillies, turmeric powder, salt and half chopped onions saut it
- Once onion is done add a cup of flattened rice (poha) to it mix it well and close the gas
- Take a mixing bowl transfer the mixture to the bowl and add all the rest ingredients to this chopped onions, tomatoes, grated mango, chopped cucumber, sugar, lemon juice and coriander leaves mix all well.
- Kache Aam ka poha is ready serve it with a cup of tea.
Notes
You can even add carrot and spring onion to this. Use very fine and thin quality of flattened rice (poha)
