Poha Cutlets, either using left-over or by making a fresh batch

Ingredients
- 1 cup Poha (ready left over)
- 1 slice Brown Bread (moistened and crumbled)
- 1-2 tsp Salt (or as per taste)
- 1 tsp Sesame Seeds (white roasted)
- 1 tbsp Rawa
- 1/2 tsp Ginger Garlic (or chilli, or paste chilli paste)

Instructions
- Add up all the ingredients except the rawa. Shape like cutlets. Dip in the rawa so as to coat it all over. Deep fry/ shallow fry / grill till golden brown. Serve hot with spicy hot mint-dhania chutney
Recipe Notes
Poha is by itself a binding agent hence it comes together beautifully to make cutlets.
As the ready one already has all flavors , we just need to add little more.
