This pickup steamed rajma badi recipe is for those who are extremely health conscious. Kidney beans (rajma) are plant based an excellent source of protein. These kidney beans have the properties to control blood sugar levels and weight loss. I steamed on banana leaf, if you don't have doesn't matter, you do as usual. Those who are trying to avoid oil they can try the recipe.

Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup boiled rajma
  • 1/4 cup makhana
  • 1 tbsp roasted white sesame
  • 2 tbsp roasted peanuts
  • 2 tbsp roasted chickpea flour
  • 2 green chillies
  • 1 teaspoon roasted cumin seeds
  • Raw ginger
  • Raw turmeric
  • Salt
  • Few mint leaves

Instructions
 

  • Take a mixing jar, add boiled rajma, makhana, white sesame, peanuts, raw ginger, raw turmeric, green chillies, mint leaves and roasted cumin seeds.

  • Make a smooth paste, bring out in a bowl add roasted chickpea flour and salt. Mix evenly then steam on banana leaf.

  • Steam for 10- 15 minutes in medium flame. After then serve with any sauce as you like.
