Bael Murabba (Wood Apple)

I brought bael but some of them raw and hard. I could'nt use them for drinks. Then I thought to make murabba. I break the hard shell and scooped carefully. It is very good stomach system. You follow me the rest.

Ingredients
- 2 medium sized bael
- 1 cup Sugar
- 1 cup water
- 2 cinnamon sticks
- 5 cloves
- 5 green cardamom
- 2 bay leaves
- 1/2 cinnamon powder

Instructions
- Take a wok add water, bay leaves, cinnamon sticks, cloves, green cardamom. Bring to boil.
- Add sugar again bring to boil. Add bael slices. Stir them frequently and should not stick to the bottom.
- When the syrup becomes thickened add cinnamon powder. Mix carefully. Put off the flame.
- Keep in a jar or you can serve.
Notes
It can be kept in fridge for more than a month.
