Instructions
Boil the pasta in enough water, in a pressure cooker for 3 whistles on full flame. Drain and let stand in a colander
In a non stick pan, heat the oil. Add the garlic and the bell peppers. Toss just for a bit till they are half cooked.
Toss in the pasta Add in the salt and black pepper powder.
Toss in the vinegar. Sprinkle the cheese and shut off the flame. Keep covered for a couple of minutes and serve .
