Ingredients
- 1 cup White (or chana mashed chana)
- ¼ cup Papaya (mashed)
- 1 tbsp Onion Paste
- 1 tbsp Ginger Garlic Paste
- 1 tbsp Green Chillies (or paste paste)
- 1 tbsp Soya (crushed chunk)
- 1 tbsp Roasted Chana Dal (crushed)
- 1 tbsp Sesame Oil
- 1 tbsp Garam Masala
- 1-2 tsp Salt (or as per taste)

Instructions
- Over night soak white chana then boil until soft. After then make it mash and keep aside with mashed papaya.
- Heat a pan add onion, ginger, garlic and green chilli paste. Don't add any oil just saute to make it dehydrated.
- Then add crushed soya chunk, mashed white chana, mashed papaya and salt. Stir continuously until dry then spread roasted chana dal.
- Make a dough then give a shape like tikki then shallow fry with sesame oil. Both sides should be light brown then serve with coriander chutney.
