Ingredients
- Different coloured sliced bellpeppers 1 large bowl
- Crushed black pepper 1/4 tsp
- Lemon juice 2tsp
- Salt
- Mustard oil 1tsp
- Roasted seasme seeds 1tsp
- Cumin seeds 1/4 tsp

Instructions
- Heat aheavy bottom pan. Add mustard oil and heat till fumes start coming out of it.Add cumin seed & let it splutter
- Add bellpeppers , black pepper salt & lemon juice. Salute well. Cook for 5 min on medium flame. Sprinkle roasted seasme seeds & it's done.
Notes
- Cook on slow flame as we are using less oil
- You can use olive oil or vegetable oil . I used mustard oil because I prefer my cooking in it.you can avoid cumin seeds if you don’t like it’s flavour. But it is very good for weight loss. You may use cumin powder.

This becomes a interesting recipe because you are using mustard oil. Usually we stir fry in olive oil. But let me give a try.
