  • 1 large Different Coloured Sliced Bellpeppers 1 Large Bowl different coloured sliced bellpeppers
  • 1/4 tsp Black Pepper crushed
  • 2 tsp Lemon Juice
  • 1-2 tsp Salt or as per taste
  • 1 tsp Mustard Oil
  • 1 tsp Seeds roasted seasme
  • 1/4 tsp Cumin Seeds


  • Heat aheavy bottom pan. Add mustard oil and heat till fumes start coming out of it.Add cumin seed & let it splutter
  • Add bellpeppers , black pepper salt & lemon juice. Salute well. Cook for 5 min on medium flame. Sprinkle roasted seasme seeds & it's done.

Recipe Notes

  • Cook on slow flame as we are using less oil
  • You can use olive oil or vegetable oil . I used mustard oil because I prefer my cooking in can avoid cumin seeds if you don’t like it’s flavour. But it is very good for weight loss. You may use cumin powder.
