This recipe is made by all purpose Moringa masala. How to make Moringa masala was shown on previous video.

  • ½ cup semolina
  • ½ chickpea flour
  • 2 green chilies
  • 2 tbsp Moringa masala
  • 2 tbsp oil
  • Salt to taste


  • Make a batter with semolina, chickpea flour, chopped green chilies and salt. Heat a pan apply oil then pour the batter and sprinkle with Moringa masala, cook for a minute.

  • Flip to back side again cook for a minute. Now spread tomato sauce and serve. It is good for breakfast.
