Three Sisters Soup is a wonderful combination of squash, beans and corn.

Ingredients
- ½ cup Corn kernels frozen
- ½ cup Beans boiled, you can use any beans. I used rajma
- ½ cup Squash diced, cooked
- 1 tbsp Olive oil
- ¼ cup Carrots diced
- ½ teaspoon Garlic minced
- 1 Onion small chopped
- ½ rib Celery diced
- ½ teaspoon Thyme
- Salt to taste
- Black pepper powder as required
- 2 cup Vegetable stock

Instructions
- Heat oil in a pan, add chopped onions. Stir until they become golden.
- Now add carrot, minced garlic, celery and sauté it for 5 to 7 minutes.
- Add vegetable stock and bring it to boil. Now add squash, beans, corn kernels and thyme.
- Cover and simmer it for 7-8 minutes. Stir occasionally.
- Add salt and pepper and serve hot with any bread.
