I added all purpose moringa masala. I shown the moringa masala in my previous video. You can see how it is done. It is very good tiffin packed for school going children and office going people. It can be served along with any dry vegetables curry.

  • Make a dough with adding wheat flour, bathua paste and salt.

  • Make the moong dal fillings, heat 1 tsp coconut oil and onion seeds. Saute for a few seconds, add moong dal powder and stir a few minutes to roast. Then add moringa masala and salt. Put off the flame and keep aside.

  • Now fill the dough with moong dal and spread with rolling pin like paratha.

  • Give oil brush on the tawa and bake the paratha. I have not added any extra oil. Now see how it is done inside and outside.

  • It is very soft can be served with any thing as you like. Easy to carry for tiffin packed whether school going children or office going people.
