This dosa batter is delicious and you can make many south-Indian delicacies .I have prepared cheesy Dosa Sandwich which is a better choice than white-bread sandwich. Stuffed with cheddar cheese and mushroom, this sandwiches are stomach filling and perfect for your lunch-box.

Ingredients
- 1 cup Dosa Batter or white f2f white
- 1 cup Button Mushroom
- 1/2 cup Capsicum sliced
- 1 Onion sliced
- 1 tsp Roasted Cumin Powder
- 1 tbsp Black Pepper Powder
- 2 tbsp Cooking Oil
- 1 tsp Garlic minced
- 1-2 tsp Salt or as per taste

Instructions
- Take a pan and heat 1 tbsp oil. Add garlic and saute. Add sliced onion and saute for a minute.
- Add sliced mushroom and toss at high flame for 2 minute. Add sliced capsicum and cook for another minute.Add pepper powder,roasted cumin powder, salt and mix well.Mushroom stuffing is ready.
- Heat a large nonstick or cast-iron skillet over medium.Lightly grease skillet with oil. Add a scoop of batter into the skillet. Spread it in a circular way to make it a slightly thick dosa. Cook for 30 sec .
- Sprinkle grated cheese on top and cook for a minute until it's done and cheese are melted.Take this out of the pan to serving plate.spread mushroom stuffing on top.
- Make two equal sized dosa without cheese.Place one dosa over mushroom spread on the serving plate.
- Make another layer of mushroom stuffing over second dosa. Place the third dosa on top.Slice this layered sandwich into two equal part.It's ready to be served.
