  • 1 cup Milk condensed
  • 2 tbsp Ghee clarified butter
  • 1 tbsp Milk

Prepare the Nuts

  • Microwave 2 tablespoons of desi ghee with cashews, raisins, and almonds for 30 seconds. Stir, remove, and set aside.

Cook the Semolina

  • In a microwave-safe bowl, add the remaining 2 tablespoons of desi ghee and the semolina. Mix well.
  • Microwave for 1 minute, remove, and stir thoroughly.
  • Microwave for another 1 minute, remove, and stir again.

Combine and Microwave

  • Add the condensed milk and 1 tablespoon of milk to the semolina mixture. Mix well.
  • Microwave for 1 minute.

Finish and Shape

  • Remove from the microwave and stir in the fried nuts and raisins.
  • Let the mixture cool slightly until it's easy to handle.
  • Shape the mixture into small balls (ladoos).

Cool and Serve

  • Allow the ladoos to cool completely before serving. Store in an airtight container at room temperature.
