Ingredients

- 1/4 cup Hershey'S Strawberry Syrup
- 1/2 cup Vegetable Oil
- 1 cup Milk

Instructions
Prepare the Batter
- Sift together the all-purpose flour and baking powder in a large mug or bowl.
- Add the powdered sugar, egg, and hot milk. Stir vigorously in one direction until well combined.
- Pour in the vegetable oil and Hershey's strawberry syrup. Continue stirring until smooth and lump-free.
- Beat well with a spoon or whisk until all ingredients are thoroughly mixed.
Microwave and Bake
- Pour the batter into a microwave-safe mug.
- Microwave on high for 2 minutes.
- Check for doneness by inserting a toothpick or fork into the center; it's done when it comes out clean. If needed, microwave in 30-second intervals until cooked through.
