Mango Yogurt Parfait is a healthy low-calorie dessert. Parfait is a French dessert which is usually contains alternate layers of fruit, ice cream and syrup. However, here ice-cream is replaced with healthy yogurt. This is a quick dessert if you already have the hung curd in your refrigerator.
Yield / Serves
Ripe Mango - 2, peeled and cut into dice
Hung Curd - 2 cups
Honey - 2 tablespoon + 2 teaspoon for garnishing
Pistachios - chopped, 2 teaspoon
Take hung curd in a bowl and add honey into it and mix well.
In a glass or bowl add this mixture first and next add some mango pieces.
Follow the above step and prepare alternate layers of yogurt-honey mixture and mangoes twice.
Finally on top add chopped pistachios and garnish with honey drops.
