Mangoes are every where in the town and its hot around, to kill the heat what more is better than a perfect chilled dessert which is so healthy & delicious. A perfect Parfait with fruits & healthy ingredients is a perfect afternoon snack. Recently i started using chia seeds in my routine, i always use to think how these little black seeds turns into gelly once in contact with liquid. I am so in love with these cute little seeds. I have been thinking to make a dessert out of these super healthy seeds, so combing mangoes & chia i thought of making a power packed healthy Parfait. Its simple, its healthy & it super easy to make. Ingredients
- 4 tbsp Chia Seeds
- 1 Mango big fully ripped
- 1/2 cup Soy Milk
- 1 Cardamom powder
- 1/2 tbsp Essence vanila
- 1 cup Mix Cereals museli + cornflakes mix cereals
- 2 tbsp Fruits almond+ walnut + raisins mix dry
- 2 tbsp Mango for garnish chopped

Instructions
- In a bowl mix soy milk, vanilla essence, cardamom powder & chia seeds, refrigerate for 1 hour.
- Now blend mango in a mixer blender with 2-3 icecubes into puree
- Now after an Take two glasses of your choice & layer chia seeds mix then cereals then mango puree.
- Top it with mango cubes & chill for half an hour.
- Your Mango chia parfait is ready to be served:)
