Ingredients
- 1 small cabbage finely chopped
- 1 teaspoon mustard seeds
- 1 green chilli
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper powder
- Salt
- 1-2 teaspoon oil
- 1/2 inch ginger piece grated

Instructions
- Heat the oil and add mustard seeds and ginger. Let it cook for a minute. Add the green chilli and cabbage and stir fry it on high flame for about 2-3 minutes.
- Don't overcook as we need to retain its crunchy texture. Add the salt and black pepper powder. Serve hot.
