  • In a frying pan over medium heat, combine the date palm jaggery, condensed milk, and water.
  • Cook, stirring constantly, until the jaggery dissolves and the mixture begins to thicken slightly. This creates the base for the moa.
  • Add the pistachios, raisins, and cashews. Stir to combine.
  • Add the puffed rice (khoi) to the pan. Gently fold the puffed rice into the jaggery mixture until it's evenly coated. Be careful not to crush the puffed rice.

  • Remove the pan from the heat and let the mixture cool slightly. It should be warm enough to handle but not too hot.
