Ingredients
- Honey (comb)
- 1 cup Sugar
- 1/3 cup Honey
- 2 tbsp Golden Syrup
- 1/2 cup Water
- 1 tsp Baking Soda
- Ice Cream (or yoghurt yoghurt)
- 1/2 cup Hung Curd
- 1/4 cup Heavy Cream (th)
- 2/3 cup Honeycomb Crushed -2/3 Cup (honeycomb crushed)
- 3 tbsp Sugar

Instructions
- To make the honey comb : Heat all the ingredients except the baking soda, in a pan. Cook it till it changes colour to brownish and keep stirring.
- Switch off the flame and add the baking soda while stirring it. Pour this bubbled hot liquid on to a heat proof tray lined with aluminium foil. cool it and break into pieces
- To make the ice cream ,whisk the curd for 2-3 minutes, then add the heavy cream. Keep whisking till it is fluffy
- Now add the sugar and honeycomb, and mix it. Freeze this mixture and after about an hour, and mix it with a spoon.
- Repeat this procedure twice, and in finally stage, add some crushed honeycomb to add that extra crunch. Freeze and serve
