  • 2 Eggs
  • 1 tbsp Onion chopped
  • 1 tsp Ginger chopped
  • 1 tbsp Tomato chopped
  • 1 tsp Green Chillies chopped
  • 1 tsp Capsicum chopped
  • 1 tbsp Mushroom chopped
  • leaves Coriander chopped
  • Pepper crushed
  • 1 tbsp Milk
  • 1 tbsp Butter
  • 1-2 tsp Salt or as per taste

Instructions
 

  • Beat the eggs with milk and salt.

  • Preheat a frying pan add butter, Then pour the beaten egg.

  • Spread the chopped vegetables. Cook for a few minutes.

  • Turn over the omelette for a few seconds.

  • Fold the half fold like the omelette.

Recipe Notes

If we add milk at the time of beating egg, Omelette become fluffy.
