About Home Made Kulfi

It's Summer time and Time to have ice-creams. As a concerned mother, I would always want to give homemade and healthy things even though it's an ice cream. What I feel that kids will not catch a cold if they are eating cold stuff, it's more because of the way outside ice-creams and drinks are made. The ingredients which are used to make these dishes are not of good quality. It's always good that we give them what they love to eat but find a better answer and make things at home. while I make these things my daughter enjoys watching me doing all the chopping and cutting as I put her on the slab and show her what I am cooking :-). It's said that doing household chores and cooking in front of your kids would make them more responsible and there are a special time and bond which will be shared and developed between the mother and the kid.
