Recipe Notes

Expert Tips

  • For a crispier sandwich, lightly toast the bread before assembling.
  • Feel free to experiment with different fillings! Add some shredded lettuce, tomato slices, or cucumber for extra freshness and crunch.
  • If you don't have time to make the dips from scratch, you can substitute with store-bought mayonnaise or a pre-made potato salad.
  • To make the sandwich vegetarian, ensure that your soya tikki recipe does not include any non-vegetarian ingredients.
