- 1/2 cup Onion finely chopped
- 1/4 cup Chili Pepper finely chopped, green
- 1/4 cup Coriander finely chopped
- 1/2 tsp Ginger grated
- 1/2 tsp Garam Masala
- 1/4 tsp Turmeric
- Salt to taste Salt
- Oil as needed Oil for frying
For the Mashed Potato Dip (recipe link below):
For the Sandwich:
- 4 slices Bread
- 2 Soya Tikki
- Optional Tomato Ketchup for serving
Instructions
Prepare the Soya Tikki and Mashed Potato Dip
- Prepare the soya tikki following the recipe linked below. Allow them to cool completely.
- Prepare the mashed potato dip using the recipe provided below. Let it cool slightly.
Assemble the Sandwich
- Take a slice of bread and spread a layer of the mashed potato dip on one side.
