Delicious chicken wings baked with the spicy harissa sauce.

Ingredients
- 500 gms chicken wings
- 2 tbsp harissa sauce
- 30 gms processed cheese
- 100 gms Hung curd
- 1 teaspoon white pepper powder
- A pinch of red food colour optional
- 1 bowl of mint yogurt dip
- 1 teaspoon soya sauce
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 1/2 bowl of chopped coriander
- 1 teaspoon chaat masala
- Oil for brushing
- Salt

Instructions
- First marination step: Marinate the chicken wings with hung curd, salt, cheese and soya sauce. Marinate for 1 hour.
- Second marination step: Marinate the wings with harissa sauce, pepper powder and keep it in the refrigerator for 1 hour.
- Preheat the oven at 180 degrees centigrade for 10 minutes. Brush oil on the top and bake the chicken for 35 minutes at 180 degrees.
- Once baked, sprinkle the chaat masala and coriander on top.
- Serve with mint yogurt dip on the side.
