Ingredients
- 500 gm Chicken Wings
- 2 tbsp Sauce harissa
- 30 gm Processed Cheese
- 100 gm Hung Curd
- 1 tsp White Pepper Powder
- 1 pinch Red Food Colour optional
- 1 bowl Yogurt or mint, or dip mint dip
- 1 tsp Soya Sauce
- 1 tbsp Lemon Juice
- 1/2 bowl Coriander of chopped
- 1 tsp Chaat Masala
- Brushing or oil oil for
- 1-2 tsp Salt or as per taste

Instructions
- First marination step: Marinate the chicken wings with hung curd, salt, cheese and soya sauce. Marinate for 1 hour.
- Second marination step: Marinate the wings with harissa sauce, pepper powder and keep it in the refrigerator for 1 hour.
- Preheat the oven at 180 degrees centigrade for 10 minutes. Brush oil on the top and bake the chicken for 35 minutes at 180 degrees.
- Once baked, sprinkle the chaat masala and coriander on top.
- Serve with mint yogurt dip on the side.
