- 500 gm Chicken Wings marinated
- 1-2 tsp Red Chili Powder
- 2-3 tsp Ginger Garlic Paste
- 1-2 tsp Salt or as per taste
- 1 Lemon
- 5-6 Curry Leaves
- 1 tsp Turmeric Powder
- 3 tbsp Corn Flour
- 1 Eggs
- 1 tbsp Garlic finely chopped
- 1/2 Inch Ginger cut into julienne
- 1/2 tsp Soya Sauce
- 3 tbsp Tomato Sauce
- 2 tbsp Honey
- 4 tbsp Oil for frying
- 2 tsp White Sesame Seeds

Instructions
Andhra style Chicken Wings Marination
- To marinate chicken wings Andhra style, mix red chili powder, turmeric, ginger-garlic paste, salt, lemon juice, curry leaves, and a dash of oil, then coat the wings and let them rest for 1-2 hours or overnight.
- Heat 3 tablespoon oil in a flat pan.
- Mix cornflour and egg and add Marinated Chicken Wings and mix well
- Put Wings in the pan one by one for frying. After 5 - 7 minutes flip and fry from the other side.
- When both the sides are golden brown take the wings out in a plate.
Prepare the Sauce
- In another pan heat oil add garlic and ginger and stir. Add sesame seeds and stir. Add soy sauce, tomato sauce and honey one after the other.
- Add fried chicken wings and toss in a way that the sauce covers the chicken wings and cook for 1-2 mins on low flame. Serve hot with green salad.
