Andhra style Chicken Wings Marination

  • To marinate chicken wings Andhra style, mix red chili powder, turmeric, ginger-garlic paste, salt, lemon juice, curry leaves, and a dash of oil, then coat the wings and let them rest for 1-2 hours or overnight.
  • Heat 3 tablespoon oil in a flat pan.
  • Mix cornflour and egg and add Marinated Chicken Wings and mix well
  • Put Wings in the pan one by one for frying. After 5 - 7 minutes flip and fry from the other side.
  • When both the sides are golden brown take the wings out in a plate.

Prepare the Sauce

  • In another pan heat oil add garlic and ginger and stir. Add sesame seeds and stir. Add soy sauce, tomato sauce and honey one after the other.
  • Add fried chicken wings and toss in a way that the sauce covers the chicken wings and cook for 1-2 mins on low flame. Serve hot with green salad.
