- To make the lemon butter sauce, heat a pan, add the 4 tbsp of lemon juice, then add chopped garlic, then add chopped parsley, add white pepper, salt as required, pepper as required and mix well and bring it to a boil.
- Then take a small bowl, add the corn starch , add some water to make it a paste.
- Add the corn starch paste into the lemon mixture made above.
- To make the consistency of the sauce perfect add water as required.
- Then add the butter and mix well till the butter will incorporate with the sauce.
- Take a fish fillet marinate with salt and pepper.
- Heat up a grilling pan, add some olive oiland some butter and then add the fish fillet and cook from both side or till the fish will fully cooked.
- Take the fish in a beautiful white plate and pour some lemon butter sauce over it.
- Finally garnish with some chives and your grilled fish with lemon butter sauce is ready to serve.
Notes
- Heat the grilling pan really hot in order to obtain grilling marks.
- If there is no white pepper available then avoid it.
