Chatpatta tangy mango taste reminds of having real mango juice. This juice you can store it in a bottle an there is no preservatives added in this drink . I have added few chopped mint to give a refreshing flavor.
1 raw mango
1 riped Alphonso mango
Sugar according to taste
Few chopped mint leaves optional
Peel both the skins of the mango an chop it . Pressure cook it with little water an sugar for 3 whistles. Then when cool grind it . Then pour the pulp in the bottle an store it in the fridge.
Then in a glass add this juice little an then add water an chopped mint leaves an ice cubes . Serve chilled
U can preserve this bottle for a longer time when the mangoes r not in season
