Ingredients
- 5 slice Fish (big vanjaram)
- 2 tsp Lemon Juice
- 2 tsp Ginger Garlic Paste
- 2 tsp red chili powder (kashmiri)
- 1/2 tsp Turmeric Powder
- 1 tsp Coriander Powder
- 1-2 tsp Salt (or as per taste)

Instructions
- Marinate the fish in lemon juice, ginger garlic paste, red chilli powder, turmeric powder, coriander powder and salt. The longer you marinate the better.
- Fry the fish in medium heat on both sides till golden and drain them.
- Serve them with lemon wedges, green chillies sprinkle with pepper and onion slices.
