Ingredients
 

  • 5 slice Fish big vanjaram
  • 2 tsp Lemon Juice
  • 2 tsp Ginger Garlic Paste
  • 2 tsp red chili powder kashmiri
  • 1/2 tsp Turmeric Powder
  • 1 tsp Coriander Powder
  • 1-2 tsp Salt or as per taste

Instructions
 

  • Marinate the fish in lemon juice, ginger garlic paste, red chilli powder, turmeric powder, coriander powder and salt. The longer you marinate the better.
  • Fry the fish in medium heat on both sides till golden and drain them.
  • Serve them with lemon wedges, green chillies sprinkle with pepper and onion slices.
