Ingredients
  

  • Paneer 200g
  • Cornflour-1 teaspoon
  • Red chilly powder - 1/2 teaspoon
  • Salt
  • Garlic paste - 1teaspoon
  • Red chili paste - 1 teaspoon
  • Mix herbs 1/4 teaspoon
  • Butter-20 gram

Instructions
 

  • Cut paneer into equal square pieces
  • Take a bowl add salt cornflour red chilly pow chilly paste salt oregano and mix it well .
  • Add little bit water and mix it well Put the paneer pieces into the mixture and Coat the paneer with the mixture Leave for 15 min
  • Then turn the other side and cook for another five min on medium heat then cook for another one min both sides switch off the flame and serve with chilly sauce.

Notes

  • Handle paneer with soft hands
  • Flip paneer at regular intervals 
  • add red chili as per taste
