Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup Oat
  • 1/2 cup Semolina
  • 1/2 cup Refined flour
  • 1/2 cup Sugar
  • 2 cup Milk
  • 1/2 teaspoon Cinnamon powder
  • 1 pinch Salt
  • 1 pinch black pepper
  • 1 pinch Cardamom
  • 1 pinch nutmeg
  • Chocolate syrup as required

Instructions
 

  • Make a smooth batter with soaked oat with semolina, flour and milk.
  • Add sugar and other ingredients
  • Brush with butter and pour batter in a heated frying pan and cook both sides
  • Cut and display in a plate as you like garnish with chocolate syrup
