Ingredients
- 1 cup Oat
- 1/2 cup Semolina
- 1/2 cup Refined flour
- 1/2 cup Sugar
- 2 cup Milk
- 1/2 tsp Cinnamon powder
- 1 pinch Salt
- 1 pinch black pepper
- 1 pinch Cardamom
- 1 pinch nutmeg
- Chocolate syrup (as required)

Instructions
- Make a smooth batter with soaked oat with semolina, flour and milk.
- Add sugar and other ingredients
- Brush with butter and pour batter in a heated frying pan and cook both sides
- Cut and display in a plate as you like garnish with chocolate syrup
