Fusilli Pasta

There are variety of pasta. Fusilli pasta formed into corkscrew or helical shapes. Traditionally it is spun by pressing and rolling a small rod over the thin strips of pasta to wind them around it in a corkscrew shape.

Ingredients
  

  • 1 bowl pasta boiled
  • 1 smoked capsicum
  • 1 smoked tomato
  • 1 teaspoon chopped garlic
  • 1 teaspoon dried mixed herb
  • 1 teaspoon chilli flex
  • 1 tablespoon fruit vinegar
  • 2 tablespoon white sauce
  • 1 tablespoon oil
  • Salt

Instructions
 

  • Boil the pasta with 1 tsp oil and pinch of salt. So all pasta will remain separate.
  • Take a pan add oil, chopped garlic stir fry. Add smoked tomato paste and capsicum paste.
  • Add boiled pasta, salt, chilli flex, fruit vinegar mix well. Sprinkle with mixed herbs.
  • Serve with white sauce

Notes

1. For making smoked capsicum and smoked tomato, burn the cspsicum and tomato on the direct flame. Wash with running water. Peel off the skin and make a paste.
2. For making white sauce add 1 tbsp butter, 1 tbsp refine flour and 1/4 cup milk. Heat a pan add these all stir continuously. It will be a thick creamy consistent.
