Onion Parathas

Raw onions been roasted on pan in roti taste real crispy and delicious!

  • 2 onions finely chopped
  • Chopped coriander and green chilli
  • Turmeric chilli and cumin powder all 1spoon
  • 1 spoon garam masala
  • Salt and lemon juice


  • Make a soft wheat dough and keep aside. Now preparing the stuffing - finely chopped 2 onions, add green chillies n chopped fresh corianders. .add a pinch of jeera n hing,
  • garam masala, haldi chilli n dhaniya powder...salt and 2spoon of lemon juice..
  • mix it well... now roll the dough in small shape fill the stuffing. .one spoon close it and make parathas and cook on non stick pan with ghee. Serve with pickle ans curd.


  • Dough should be soft
  • Fill 1spoon stuffing 
  • Roll it very lightly 
  • Cook both the sides on pan…and appky oil while cookin.
