An easy recipe with sugar and nuts of your choice for a healthy protien packed breakfast. Ingredients
- 1 egg
- 1 teaspoon Sugar
- 1 tbsp raisins
- 1 tbsp chopped pistachios
- 1 tbsp chopped walnuts
- 1 tbsp chopped almonds
- 1 tbsp butter

Instructions
- Whisk the egg with sugar and dry fruits along with the raisins.
- Heat butter on low heat and make the shomlette.Flip it over when done onto the other side also to cook nicely.
- Serve it hot right away from the pan to the plate with some toasted bread.
