Ingredients
For the Cilantro Twists
- 1 sheet Puff Pastry thawed
- 2 Tbsp All-Purpose Flour for dusting
- 2 Tbsp Butter
- 2 Tbsp Coriander finely chopped, fresh
- 2 Tbsp Parmesan Cheese grated
For the Creamy Garlic Yogurt Dip
- ½ cup Greek Yogurt
- 2 Tbsp Mayonnaise
- 1 tsp Ginger-Garlic Paste
- 2 Tbsp Heavy Cream
- 1 tsp Salt
- 2 tsp Honey or corn syrup/sugar
- 1 tsp Pepper black
Instructions
Make the Creamy Garlic Yogurt Dip
- In a small bowl, combine the Greek yogurt, mayonnaise, ginger-garlic paste, heavy cream, salt, honey, and black pepper.
- Whisk until smooth and creamy. Refrigerate until ready to serve.
Prepare the Cilantro Twists
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Make the Cilantro Filling
- Melt the butter in a small saucepan over low heat. Add the chopped cilantro and cook for 1-2 seconds, just until fragrant. Remove from heat.
Assemble the Twists
- Lightly flour a clean surface. Unfold the thawed puff pastry sheet and gently roll it into a rectangle.
- Evenly brush the cilantro-butter mixture over the puff pastry. Using a pizza cutter or sharp knife, cut the pastry into thin strips, about ½-inch wide.
- Gently twist each strip into a spiral. Place the twists on the prepared baking sheet. Sprinkle with grated Parmesan cheese.
Bake the Twists
- Bake for 15-20 minutes, or until golden brown and crispy. The pastry will puff up beautifully as it bakes.
- Remove from the oven and let cool slightly on a wire rack before serving with the chilled garlic yogurt dip.
