Instructions

Make the Creamy Garlic Yogurt Dip

  • In a small bowl, combine the Greek yogurt, mayonnaise, ginger-garlic paste, heavy cream, salt, honey, and black pepper.
  • Whisk until smooth and creamy. Refrigerate until ready to serve.

Prepare the Cilantro Twists

  • Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

Make the Cilantro Filling

  • Melt the butter in a small saucepan over low heat. Add the chopped cilantro and cook for 1-2 seconds, just until fragrant. Remove from heat.

Assemble the Twists

  • Lightly flour a clean surface. Unfold the thawed puff pastry sheet and gently roll it into a rectangle.
  • Evenly brush the cilantro-butter mixture over the puff pastry. Using a pizza cutter or sharp knife, cut the pastry into thin strips, about ½-inch wide.
  • Gently twist each strip into a spiral. Place the twists on the prepared baking sheet. Sprinkle with grated Parmesan cheese.

Bake the Twists

  • Bake for 15-20 minutes, or until golden brown and crispy. The pastry will puff up beautifully as it bakes.
  • Remove from the oven and let cool slightly on a wire rack before serving with the chilled garlic yogurt dip.

I am a passionate foodie who loves to cook, serve and love to see people relishing my creations. Since the time I was small I used to wonder about the 'how' of things in the kitchen.

Then when I finally ventured as an unprofessional kitchen helper for my late grand-mother (a par excellent cook in her own generation) I was fascinated by the amount of stuff you could do to a simple milk and rice to form a most yummy pudding.

Here I am sharing my recipes with a will to learn from some and educate others as well!
