- 1 cup Milk whole milk recommended for creaminess.
- 1/4 tsp Saffron Threads also known as kesar. use high-quality saffron for the best flavor and color.
- 1/4 cup Water adjust as needed for desired consistency.
- 3 tbsp Jaggery or granulated sugar, to taste. jaggery adds a unique caramel-like flavor.
