  • 2 Alphonso Mango or any other sweet mango variety, medium size. ripe mangoes are essential for the best flavor and creaminess.
  • 2-4 tbsp Sugar adjust to taste, depending on the sweetness of your mangoes. honey or agave nectar can be substituted.

Dairy & Spices

  • 2 cup Milk chilled whole milk or your preferred milk alternative for best creaminess.
  • 1/4 tsp Saffron Strands optional, for added flavor and color. steep in 1 tablespoon of warm milk for 10 minutes to enhance flavor.

Garnish

  • 1 tbsp Fruits finely chopped almonds, and/or cashews., chopped, dry, pistachios

Prepare the Mangoes

  • Wash, peel, and chop the mangoes into small pieces. Remove the pit.

Blend the Milkshake

  • Add the chopped mangoes to a blender.
  • Pour in the chilled milk and any saffron-infused milk. Add sugar to taste.
  • Blend on high speed until completely smooth and creamy. This may take 30-60 seconds.

Garnish and Serve

  • Pour the milkshake into glasses.
