- 2 Alphonso Mango or any other sweet mango variety, medium size. ripe mangoes are essential for the best flavor and creaminess.
- 2-4 tbsp Sugar adjust to taste, depending on the sweetness of your mangoes. honey or agave nectar can be substituted.
Dairy & Spices
- 2 cup Milk chilled whole milk or your preferred milk alternative for best creaminess.
- 1/4 tsp Saffron Strands optional, for added flavor and color. steep in 1 tablespoon of warm milk for 10 minutes to enhance flavor.
Garnish
- 1 tbsp Fruits finely chopped almonds, and/or cashews., chopped, dry, pistachios

- Wash, peel, and chop the mangoes into small pieces. Remove the pit.
Blend the Milkshake
- Add the chopped mangoes to a blender.
