Mangoes

  • 3 Mangoes ripe alphonso mangoes recommended

Dairy & Sweetener

  • 0.5 ltr Milk chilled, full-fat milk recommended
  • 2-4 tbsp Sugar or honey, to taste. adjust according to mango sweetness.

Prepare the Nuts

  • Soak almonds and pistachios in 1 cup of hot water for a few minutes. Set aside to cool.

Prepare the Mangoes

  • Peel and roughly chop the 3 mangoes.

Blend the Milkshake

  • Combine chopped mangoes, sugar (or honey), and 1/2 liter of chilled milk in a blender.
  • Blend until completely smooth and creamy.

Finish the Milkshake

  • If needed, add more milk to achieve desired consistency.
  • Peel and chop the soaked almonds and pistachios.

Serve

  • Pour the milkshake into a tall glass. Garnish with chopped almonds and pistachios. Serve immediately chilled.
