About this Recipe

Chats is one of the favourite recipe. But when we add cream with potatoes it gives more taste.

Ingredients & Quantity
  • 250 gms boiled baby potatoes
  • 250 gms boiled green peas
  • 1 tsp olive oil
  • 4 tsp roasted coriander powder
  • 2-4 chopped green chilli
  • 1/4 tsp asafoetida
  • Regular salt and black salt
  • 1 tsp lemon juice
  • 1 tsp ginger juice
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1/2 cup finely chopped carrot
  • Tomato slice
How to cook?
  1. Heat a frying pan add olive oil, boiled baby potatoes, asafoetida, boiled green peas and salt. Toss it then add finely chopped carrot, ginger juice and chopped green chilli.
  2. Then add roasted coriander powder, lemon juice and garnish with tomato and source cream.
