Ingredients
  

  • 250 gms boiled baby potatoes
  • 250 gms boiled green peas
  • 1 teaspoon olive oil
  • 4 teaspoon roasted coriander powder
  • 2-4 chopped green chilli
  • 1/4 teaspoon asafoetida
  • Regular salt and black salt
  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon ginger juice
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1/2 cup finely chopped carrot
  • Tomato slice

Instructions
 

  • Heat a frying pan add olive oil, boiled baby potatoes, asafoetida, boiled green peas and salt. Toss it then add finely chopped carrot, ginger juice and chopped green chilli.
  • Then add roasted coriander powder, lemon juice and garnish with tomato and source cream.
