Simple bok choy
Simple bok choy A cruciferous green vegetable is bok choy. It is also known as Chinese cabbage. Along with being crunchy and delicious, bok is full of fibres and cancer fighting compounds. If we get this green vegetables we can consume to prevent ourselves.
- 1 bok choy
- 1 tsp chopped garlic
- 1 tsp chopped ginger
- 1 tsp soya sauce
- 1 tsp sesame oil
- 1 tsp white sesame
- Wash and roughly chop bok choy. Heat oil add chopped ginger and garlic.
- Add white part of the bok choy then stir fry. Add salt and green leafy parts. Add soya sauce again stir fry in high flame for a few seconds.
- Put off the flame sprinkle with white sesame and serve.
