Flavor & Garnish
- ¼ cup Fruits cashews, chopped (almonds, dry, raisins)
- ¼ tsp Cardamom Powder

Expert Tips
- For a richer flavor, use full-fat milk and simmer the kheer on low heat for a longer time, allowing the milk to reduce and thicken.
- Adjust the sweetness according to your preference. Taste and add more sugar or sweetener as needed.
- Garnish with chopped nuts, dried fruits, or a sprinkle of cardamom powder just before serving for added flavor and texture.
Storage Instructions
- Store leftover kheer in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
- Gently reheat before serving, being careful not to scorch the milk.
