Ingredients
- 1 Avocados ripe number
- 2 tbsp Sugar
- 100 ml Cream amul
- 1/2 cup Milk
- 2 cup Water
- 10 Cashews nos
- 1/2 tsp Vanilla Extract
- 3/4 cup Cream whipped
- 1 tbsp Icing Sugar
Instructions
- For whipped cream add cold heavy cream to a cold bowl. Add icing sugar and whisk until it forms stiff peaks ,refrigerate until needed. Cut avocado in half and remove seed with a knife carefully. Blend the cream ,vanilla extract, milk ,cashew nuts,
- avocado flesh, sugar in a blender. Blend until smooth. The mixture will be quite thick, add cold water, few tablespoons at a time, blending after each addition , until the mixture is pourable. Split avocado shake between two glasses and top with
- lots of whipped cream .
