About Almond Rice Pudding With Figs In Caramel Sauce

Ingredients
- cup Rice boiled half
- 1 ltr Almond Milk
- cup Sugar half
- 3 Figs
- 1 tsp Salt of, or as per taste
- 2-3 tsp Butter
- cup Heavy Cream half

Instructions
- Take a pan, put almond milk, sugar, boiled rice and cook well until it becomes thick and reduced.
- Take another pan, put half cup sugar, 2-3 tablespoons water and cook it until it becomes caramelized, then turn off the gas and put some butter, heavy cream, pinch of salt. Mix well to avoid lumps.
- Add figs (or any fruit of your choice) into the caramel sauce. serve hot or cold as per your choice.
Recipe Notes
The choice of Fruits can be optional, or even Dry fruits can be added to increase its nutrition value.
