Ingredients
- 3 Potatoes boiled
- 1 tsp red chili powder
- 1 tbsp Corn Flour
- 1 tsp Cumin Seed
- 1 tsp Mustard Seed
- 1 tsp Salt or as per taste
- 1 tsp red chili powder deggi
- 1 tsp Kasuri Methi
- 1 tbsp Butter
- 1 cup Tomato Paste
- 1 Onion chopped
- 2-3 Green Chillies
- Ginger Garlic crushed
- 1 spoon Oil

Instructions
- Take potatoes cut in cube Shape ,wash it properly now in pan take 1glass water add chopped Potato n let it boil for 7-8min.keep aside
- When potato cool completely ,coated with all dry ingredients mix well.
- In pan let it butter melt n saute it until golden brown.
- In same pan put oil let it heat now add cumin n mustard seed saute it ,add chopped onion n crushed ginger garlic saute it.
- Add tomato n masalas cover with lid for 1min ,now add sauted potatoes n water let it cook for 5min.
- Serves with crunchy crispy kachori

U can try potato curry with Puri also.
