  • 4 Eggs hard boiled
  • 1/2 cup Avocado mash
  • 1 tbsp Mayonnaise
  • 1 White Onion finely chopped
  • 1 Red Chillies or spice fresh depending on your spice needs
  • 1-2 tsp Salt pepper, lemon, or as per taste


  • Mash the avocado and mix the mayo with it
  • Cut the boiled eggs into two halves and remove the yolk.
  • Add the yolk, onion, chilly to the avocado mayo mixture
  • Mix these ingredients using a fork rather than a spoon as it will allow to retain some of the texture
  • Add some salt, pepper and lemon.
  • Fill the cavities of the boiled egg with this filling and serve
