  • Mash the avocado and mix the mayo with it
  • Cut the boiled eggs into two halves and remove the yolk.
  • Add the yolk, onion, chilly to the avocado mayo mixture
  • Mix these ingredients using a fork rather than a spoon as it will allow to retain some of the texture
  • Add some salt, pepper and lemon.
  • Fill the cavities of the boiled egg with this filling and serve
