Ingredients
- 250 gm Cottage Cheese
- 100 gm Sugar Powder
- 1 tbsp Flour refine
- 1 tbsp Rose Water
- 1 cup Garnishing or boondi boondi for

Instructions
- Take a mixing bowl add cottage cheese, mash with palm. Add refine flou andr rose water again mash.
- Now take a pan heat and add the mixed cheese dough. Stir continuously gradually it will become non sticky.
- Now add sugar powder and stir again. Switch off the flame. Now give shape with both hands. Press with thumb so there is a space to fill the boondi.
- Now garnish with boondi.
